What is Titan?

Titan Executive Network™, or simply TITAN, is an exclusive, safe space for the unapologetic celebration and elevation of Black executive women. We foster a strong sense of sisterhood and collaboration among our members for the greater good of our community.

The organization is designed to fill a critical gap in the ecosystem of Black executive women by providing a range of services, with a focus on authenticity, wealth-building and personal well-being, including an exclusive platform for professional development. By curating and managing a dynamic and supportive alliance community, hyper-structured around specific community needs, TITAN aims to channel the individual power of Black women into collective strength.

Whether you’re the CEO of a small business or a director in a global or large multinational corporation, TITAN brings together the most powerful women across every industry aligned to our mission and values in support of those who self-identify as part of, or a descendant of, the African diaspora.
When we first conceived of this collective, we came into it knowing that we want to support and honor all things that elevate Black executive women. While we know we offer a unique experience to our members, we believe there’s room for multiple organizations to provide community, resources and elevation to Black professionals. The women of our collective are organically drawn to our network. It’s not something we have to sell because, well, if you know, you know.
We’re popping at the seams and ready to expand! Stay tuned as we prepare to officially open our doors to a broader membership group of Black executive women. What started as an intimate handful of in-the-know, unapologetic leaders has grown to a network of hundreds of women across the country. We’re planning to host more formalized events, share insights and perspectives from our powerhouse women, and promote more Black-owned businesses, organizations and resources to our followers and members.
