Surviving Leadership: Our Journey to Wellness
This enlightening event focused on mental health, executive coaching and people leadership perspectives. Through a powerful discussion we aimed to explore solutions to challenges like burnout, workplace bullying, microaggressions, and keeping resilient and rising in our careers— even when we feel defeated by racial backlashes, layoffs and downsizing. We offered attendees coaching referrals from women in our network to encourage continued support and lasting impact beyond our event dialogue.
